Aerial Videography Rates
Real estate videography package $325
- Includes 2-3 minute exterior video in 4K resolution and provided in the client’s choice of .mov or .mpg format.
- All UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) videography is conducted by a licensed and FAA Section 333 approved UAV pilot, aircraft, and ground station equipment.
- The DJI Inspire 1 GPS stabilized quadcopter is used for superior results.
Multiple Site Discounts
- Reduced rates are available to customers with multiple aerial video sites that are scheduled and conducted on the same day.
- Second video site (located within 10 miles of the original site) will receive $45 off the regular price.
- Three or more video sites (located within 10 miles of the original site) will receive $45 off the second site and $60 off the third and subsequent sites.
Real Estate Agents Only:
- Instead of the upfront package cost, I can accept a 3.0% referral fee on properties up to and including $500,000 and a 2% referral fee on properties over $500,000 when the property closes. If the referral fee is less than the upfront package cost, the package cost will apply.
